Sparkle City Balloon Boutique (formally Inflatable Dreams Events) has been in operation since 2015.

TRULY MOTIVATED TO SERVE – Kay Bishop started the business once her youngest child went off to college and her journey since has been nothing but an ongoing party.

SOMEONE LIKE YOU – When you choose Sparkle City Balloon Boutique you choose to work with someone that understands responsibility and impact. That’s because prior to Sparkle City Balloons, Kay was an Executive Assistant for over 20 years in Corporate America

EVERY DETAIL MATTERS – your event is going to run smoothly with Kay helping out every step of the way. She really does bring her extensive background with planning corporate events and conferences, to serve you as if she is a part of your own organization

TRULY PREMIUM BALLOON DECOR – As the principal owner and lead creative designer of Sparkle City Balloon Boutique, Kay has earned an exceptional reputation for her ability to create balloon décor for a wide range of clients including Corporate events, College/University celebrations and private parties

BALLOON DECOR THAT WILL WORKS – In 2017 Kay earned her CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) designation in Athens, Georgia and has participated in two big builds, so she knows how to make balloons work well to your advantage
